2. About ProfitAaj Services
ProfitAaj provides real-time financial intelligence tools, contribution margin (CM3) engines, multi-channel ad attribution connectors, and logistics reconciliation systems for e-commerce and D2C brands. The insights, reports, and calculators provided are intended for strategic decision-support and business operations.
3. Account Authorization & OAuth
When connecting marketplace (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart), quick-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto), and advertising accounts (Meta, Google), you confirm that you possess the requisite administrative permissions to authorize ProfitAaj data connectors.
4. Third-Party Platforms
ProfitAaj integrates with external platforms. We are not responsible for third-party API downtime, sudden policy adjustments, or rate-limiting enforced by third-party platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software algorithms, analytics calculation frameworks, user interfaces, codebases, graphics, and trademarks are owned by ProfitAaj Technologies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ProfitAaj shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from merchant business decisions, inventory allocations, or advertising bidding adjustments.
