1. Introduction

ProfitAaj ("we," "our," or "us") respects the confidentiality and proprietary nature of your e-commerce financial data. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, encryption, storage, and processing of information when you visit our website or connect your stores and ad accounts to ProfitAaj.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you explicitly provide to us (such as your name, business email, phone number, company name, and waitlist responses). When connecting platform integrations, we collect OAuth tokens and read-only financial data streams needed to generate your analytics.

We also collect technical telemetry (browser details, IP address, device type, session timestamps) solely to secure and improve platform performance.

3. Business & Analytics Data Processing

To provide accurate Contribution Margin (CM3), ROAS attribution, and courier weight audit reports, ProfitAaj processes store transaction data, marketplace fee deductions, ad expenditures, product SKU catalogs, and shipping/RTO statuses.

Zero Data Selling Guarantee: We never sell, monetize, broker, or share your merchant transaction or customer data with any external advertising networks or competitors.

4. Enterprise-Grade Security & Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. All sensitive credentials, OAuth keys, and merchant ledger data are encrypted at rest with AES-256 standards in isolated cloud VPCs.

5. Third-Party Integrations

ProfitAaj communicates with certified third-party APIs (such as Amazon Selling Partner API, Shopify App Bridge, Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, Shiprocket, and Zoho/Tally). Your use of these services remains governed by their respective developer terms.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
